ESTABLISHED IN 2007

Construction Advantage was established in 2007. Since then we have offered core skills in programme and project management, cost consultancy and construction delivery. We aim to be the most respected project delivery company in the Waikato providing total project delivery for all commercial, industrial and multi-residential construction projects.

We operate in the development and investment property fields ourselves, so we understand our client’s position better than most. This is why more than 90%
of our business is repeat clients. We customise designs to suit your needs, controlling the budget and the program taking all of the headaches of managing a project away. We work from feasibility through to handing over the keys and beyond, to ensure the building performs as it was designed to, because we stand by our work, our design and our people.
