Churchill Childcare Centre

The centre was designed and consented over Zoom during New Zealand’s level 4 lockdown and required an accelerated delivery programme starting in July 2020 with a completion date of December 1st. This would allow the centre to open for term one in 2021. 
Further challenging planning and coordination was needed to carry out works in conjunction with adjacent subdivision and tenant works. It was a challenge to build a timber framed roof structure on a 45 degree angled roof on the high profile site, but it gives the centre a spacious, quality feel.
