Lauriston Village Centre
Extension Project

The project increased the floor area in the dining room, added additional external deck space and ramps for access. The project was an upgrade of the building to include full new air conditioning systems, acoustic attenuation and accessibility features for the residents. The brief was to extend the building and match the high quality finish of the existing whilst maintaining access to the facility throughout in an aged care environment.
